Every agreement is made and signed in writing — nothing proceeds on a verbal promise — and each claim goes through a full document audit before it is ever submitted.
Your name and last known address were identified through public records held by financial institutions, businesses, and government agencies. We use this information solely to contact you about assets that may belong to you — nothing more.
Never. Our fee is a percentage (up to 10%) of what's recovered, deducted only after the property is released to you. If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing at all.
Timelines vary by holder and jurisdiction and depend on a number of factors, but the process typically takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 weeks or more. We keep you informed every step of the way and follow up with the holder on your behalf.
